Software Support
Freeze Frame Graphics supports a number of software products that are installed on all our shared Web Servers by default. These products are purchased by Freeze Frame Graphics to provide functions for our Web Hosting clients. They are the property of Freeze Frame Graphics and can only be used while your site resides on our hosting servers.
If one or more of our sharee hosting clients require a product or application not currently supported, a request must be submitted to our support staff who will review the request, assess the product for possible impact and approve or deny the request.
All of our servers run Microsoft Windows/2003 and associated functions. At this time, we do not offer hosting on any UNIX platform, however, we have reliable hosting partners that can provide this service and will be glad to provide contact information upon request.
